Trained as a quantity surveyor became a chartered quantity surveyor in 1985, developed an interest in legal aspects of the building and civil engineering industry and as a result studied law and was called to the bar in 1991. He is now engaged full time in providing contractual advice in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters arising from construction and engineering contracts.
